Products and prices
Euro prices include applicable VAT. US dollar prices do not include any local sales tax that may apply. Standard shipping is free. Photos are for illustration; actual shades may look slightly different on your screen.
Placing an order
- Choose your bundle and shades and add them to your bag.
- Enter your contact and shipping details.
- Pay with one of the available methods.
- You receive a confirmation email with your order number. The contract is formed at that moment.
Payment
We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal through Stripe. You are charged when you place the order. If, after paying, you choose to add a product with one click, that additional amount is charged to the same payment method.
Delivery
We prepare orders in 1 to 2 business days, and estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days. In any case we deliver within 30 days of your order. See the shipping policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened products. For hygiene reasons, opened or used gel pens cannot be returned unless defective. See returns and cancellations.
Warranty
If a product arrives defective or does not work, email us a photo or video and we will replace it or refund you.
Governing law
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
