Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
Who we share data with
- Stripe (payments).
- Our fulfillment partner and the carrier, only what they need to deliver your order. Some are located outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States or China); transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (pixel and Conversions API), only if you accept those cookies.
- Public authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order data for as long as legal obligations require (generally 6 years for accounting records). Contact messages until your request is resolved plus one year. Marketing data until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@lacqa.com. We do not sell your personal information. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
