Is it hard to use if I have never done my own nails?
No. The brush is in the tip of the pen and you control the amount by twisting the base. Paint thin coats, cure each nail with the lamp and you are done. The first time takes a little longer; after that it is a matter of minutes.
How long do I cure each nail?
Between 60 and 120 seconds per nail with the included lamp. If the coat is thicker, give it a few more seconds.
Do I need a base coat or top coat?
No. The pen goes straight onto clean, dry nails.
How long does it last?
It depends on your nails and routine. Cured gel lasts much longer than regular polish; to make it last, file the edge, paint thin coats and cure each one well.
How do I remove it?
With the included remover wipes: swipe over the nail a few times until the color comes off. A gel-safe polish remover works too.
What is in each kit?
Every kit comes with a mini UV lamp, a nail file, cuticle sticks and remover wipes. What changes is the number of gel pens: 1, 3 or 5, in the shades you pick. Want a second lamp to gift? Add it in your bag.
How long does shipping take?
We prepare your order in 1 to 2 business days and delivery takes 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination. You will get a tracking number by email.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used products, unless they arrive defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
