Returns and cancellations

Time limit

You have 30 days from delivery to return your purchase. Customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which we extend to 30 days.

What can be returned

Unopened products, sealed and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of gel pens that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

How to return

1. Email hola@lacqa.com with your order number and what you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Ship the package within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the item (or proof of shipment) before refunding.

Defective products

If something arrives broken or does not work, send us a photo or video. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
